摘要
目的 研究端粒酶活性在食管癌、癌旁组织、正常粘膜中的表达情况及与食管癌的临床病理之间的关系 ,旨在探明端粒酶激活在食管癌的发生、发展过程中的作用。方法 本实验运用原位杂交技术检测端粒酶mRNA在 30例食管癌组织、癌旁组织、正常粘膜中的表达情况。结果 (1)在 30例食管癌中 ,端粒酶mRNA的阳性表达率为 93.3% ,明显高于癌旁组织 (距肿瘤 3cm处 )、正常粘膜组织 (距肿瘤 8cm处 ) (P <0 .0 1) ,端粒酶活性的表达强度与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与性别无相关性。结论 端粒酶的激活在食管癌的发生发展中有一定作用 ,检测端粒酶活性的表达及强度对食管癌的诊断 ,治疗及预后判断有意义。
Objective Study the expression of telomerase activity in the cancer tissues, adjencet cancer tissues, normal tissues of 30 esophageal patients by using In Situ hybridization for study the worth of it in diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of esophageal cancer. Methods Telomerase activity was detected by using In Situ hybridization mRNA of telomerase. Results 1. 28 of 30 (93.3%) exhibited telomerase activity in cancer tissues compared with 4/30(13.3%) in adjencet cancer tissues, 0/30 in normal tissues, there is significant difference between them (P<0.01). And found there is significant difference of telomerase activity level in cancer of grade and stage (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression and level of telomerase activity might be a good sign and helpful in diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of esophageal cancer.
