肿瘤多药耐药和进展期大肠癌耐药细胞株建立研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 目的:综述进展期大肠癌多药耐药细胞株建立的进展.方法:回顾复习近年的的文献,了解多药耐药与大肠癌细胞株建立的情况,并对大肠癌多药耐药细胞株建立的情况进行概括.结果:多药耐药(MDR)是大肠癌化疗失败的主要原因之一,建立多药耐药细胞株,为临床治疗大肠癌奠定的基础.结论:建立大肠癌耐药细胞株,为临床克服化疗障碍,提高大肠癌对化疗药物的敏感性,对大肠癌治疗起到重要作用.
