摘要
目的 :探讨一种颈椎前路减压、植骨术后预防骨块滑脱的技术。方法 :采用自身游离的阔筋膜片 ,与两侧颈长肌及上下残留的前纵韧带缝合的方法 ,对 3 8例患者进行随访与观察。结果 :3 8例 5 5个椎间隙无 1例发生骨块滑脱或移位 ;结论 :本方法简便易行 ,无需特殊器械 。
Objective: To study the technique of preventing interbody bone displacement in the anterior cervical decompression operation.Methods: Free fascia lata pieces were removed to the anterior cervical spine and suture with bilateral longus colli and remained anterior longitudinal ligament on 38 cases. The outcomes were assessed by clinical criteria and radiographs of the cervical spine. Results: No slippage and displacement of the interbody bone were seen on 38 cases (55 intervertebral spaces).Conclusion: The technique is convenient and efficient on stabilizing the grafted bone in anterior cervical decompression and interbody fusion operation.
