摘要
目的:探讨AO股骨近端交锁钉(proximal femoral inter-locking nail,PFI-LN)在股骨转子周围骨折中的应用、疗效及围手术期处理要点。方法:对31例使用PFN内固定的股骨转子周围骨折做回顾性分析。结果:31例患者随访9～18个月,平均14个月。所有病例骨折均愈合,无1例发生感染、内固定失败和骨不连等并发症。结论:PFN用于股骨转子周围骨折的治疗符合生物力学原理,疗效满意。正确的内固定物置入及围手术期处理是治疗成功的关键。
Objective:To discuss the application and the treatment effect of proximal femoral inter-locking nail(PFI-LN) in the treatment of peritrochanteric fractures and the outline of perioperative management. Methods: Thirty-one cases of per-itrochanteric fracture treated with PFI - LN were analyzed retrospectively. Results: All cases were followed-up for 9 - 18 months, averaged 14 months. Complete union were observed in all cases with no infection, internal fixation failure and bone nonunion. Conclusions: It accords with biomechanic principle that applying PFI-LN in the treatment of peritrochanteric fractures and the treatment effect is satisfactory. The key to successful treatment are accurate implantation of the internal fixation device and appropriate perioperative management.
