Image Characters of a New Classification of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Injuries

目的:根据新的胸腰椎骨折分类的原则研究其相对应的每一类型骨折影像学的规律和特点。方法:收集632例胸腰椎骨折患者的术前X线正侧位片和CT或MRI的椎体横断扫描片,归纳总结出每一类型骨折影像学的特点。结果:根据骨折影像学的特点能够迅速而简明的做出临床分类。结论:各类型骨折影像学特点鲜明,新的胸腰椎骨折分类是合理的,具有良好的理论系统性和临床指导性。

Objective: To study the image characters and regularity of each type of thoracolumbar vertebral injuries based on a new classification of the thoracolumbar vertebral injuries. Methods:To sum up the image characters according to the exhibition of X-ray and CT or MRI from 632 suffers of thoracolumbar vertebral injuries. Results:Classified and identified the thoracolumbar vertebral injuries based on their image characters and regularity easily and rapidly. Conclusion: It is reasonable to apply the new classification of the thoracolumbar injuries with a favorable systematization and convenient for their image vivid natures.
