摘要 目的:寻找理想的骨组织工程种子细胞。方法:取兔骨膜组织,采用酶消化法和组织块培养法获取成骨细胞,体外培养传代,观察细胞的形态、生长特点及成骨特性。结果:培养的骨膜成骨细胞形态多为三角形或梭形,生长增殖迅速,具有成骨能力。结论:自骨膜获得的细胞是成熟的成骨细胞,可以做为骨组织工程中比较理想的种子细胞。 Objective:To search a kind of ideal seeded cell of bone tissue engineering. MethodsiThe authors fetched periosteum tissue from rabbit,got osteoblasts by enzyme-assimilating method and tissue-block culture methods and observed the conformation .growing feature and osteogenetic capability of the osteoblasts during culture in vitro. Results: Most of the cultivated periosteal-derived osteoblasts were triangle-like or shuttle-like cells,they growed and breeded rapidly,and had osteogenetic capability. Conclusion:The cultivated periosteal-derived osteoblasts are matured ones,and could become the more ideal seeded cells for bone tissue engineering.
