摘要
资源枯竭矿山企业的发展问题关系到国民经济的发展。在分析我国资源枯竭矿山现状的基础上 ,提出了我国资源枯竭矿山企业的发展对策和建议。
The development of resource depleting enterprises takes important influence on the economic operation and especially overall attaining a target of well-to-do society within 20 years in China. The present situation and characteristics of these enterprises are described and four countermeasures including legislation, supplement exploration, establishment of new selling mechanism and regulation of industrial structure are suggested to promote the transformation and vitalization of those difficult enterprises.
