丁香配伍郁金对胃肠运动影响的药理实验研究(Ⅱ)——丁香配伍郁金不同有效部分

Pharmacological Research of Dingxiang (DX) Cooperated with Yujin (YJ) on Gastrointestinal Movement——Pharmacological effect of different effective part of DX cooperated with YJ on normal Gastrointestinal Movement

目的 :研究丁香配伍郁金后不同有效部分对正常动物胃肠运动的影响。方法 :采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油 ,观察丁香配伍郁金后不同有效部分对小鼠胃排空、小鼠印度墨汁推进、小鼠扭体及离体大鼠胃条运动的影响。结果 :郁金可减弱丁香挥发油的抑制小鼠胃排空的药理作用 ,呈现相恶关系 ,而在镇痛实验研究中 ,发现郁金可增强丁香挥发油的镇痛作用 ,呈现相使关系 ,有待进一步研究。结论

Objective:The experiment is to research the influence of different effective part of DX cooperated with YJ on normal animal's gastrointestinal movement.Methods:By means of mice gastric emptying, mice Indian ink driving, mice twisting and rat exsomatize gastric movement, the pharmacological indexes of different part of DX cooperated with YJ on normal animal were observed.Results:YJ can decrease the pharmacological function of DX distilled oil on mice gastric emptying. Otherwise, YJ can increase the analgesia function of DX distilled oil.Conclusion:Whether YJ can decrease the pharmacological function of DX is related with the observed index.
