护肝益肺合剂抗利福平肝损害的实验研究

An Experimental Study of Hugan Yifei Heji on Hepatic Injury Induced by Rifampin

目的 :观察护肝益肺合剂对利福平致肝损害小鼠的保护作用。方法 :分别测定肝损害组和护肝益肺合剂组小鼠的肝血清 AL T、肝指数以及肝细胞镜检 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 :护肝益肺合剂能对抗利福平引起的血清 AL T增高 ,减轻利福平对肝细胞的损害。肝损害组与正常对照组和护肝益肺合剂组比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论

Objective: To observe the protective effect of Hugan Yifei Heji on hepatic injury induced by Rifampin.Methods:The ALT, live index, hepatic pathological changes were examined on hepatic injury induced group moreover compared with control group and Hugan Yifei Heji group.Results:There were striking differences on hepatic injury induced group compared with control group and Hugan Yifei Heji group (P<0.01). Hugan Yifei Heji could obviously reduce the level of ALT reduced by Rifampin and recover the hepatic injury .Conclusion:Hugan Yifei Heji has the protective effect on hepatic injury induced by Rifampin.
