了哥王片抗炎消肿及镇痛作用研究

Pharmacology Study on the Antiinflammation and Analgesia of Liaoge Wang Tablet

目的 :探讨了哥王片的药理学作用。方法 :采用二甲苯所致小鼠耳部炎症试验、大鼠足跖肿胀试验 (蛋清法 )对了哥王片进行抗炎消肿作用的研究。结果 :了哥王片有明显抗炎消肿作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;对化学因素引起的疼痛有镇痛作用。结论 :了哥王片具有抗炎消肿。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Liaoge Wang tablet on the pharmacology. Method: The methods of causing mice ear inflammation with dimethylbenzene and rat to inflammation. Result & Conclusion: The data revealed that Liaoge Wang tablet possesses the effect of antiinflammation and analgesia.
