高效液相色谱法测定山茱萸制剂中熊果酸的含量

Determination of Ursolic Acid in Fructus Corni Preparations by HPLC

目的 :采用 HPL C法测定知柏地黄丸中熊果酸的含量。方法 :流动相 :甲醇 -水 -磷酸 (90∶ 10∶ 0 .1) ,检测波长 :2 15nm。结果 :熊果酸进样量在 2 .4 0～ 12 .0 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,C=6 86 73A- 787.9,r=0 .9993,回收率为 99.3% ,RSD=1.16 %。结论 :该方法准确、快捷、灵敏。

Objective:To establish a method for determination of the content of ursolic Acid in Zhibo Dihuang pills.Methods:Using HPLC with methanol-water-phosphate (90∶10∶0.1) as the mobile phase detection wave-length was 215 nm.Results:The calibration curves was linear between 2.40～12.00 μg, C=68 673A-787.9, r=0.999 3. The average recovery was 99.3%, RSD was 1.16%.Conclusion:The method in accurate relatively fast sensitive and with a good reproducibility.
