白刺果实脂肪和脂肪酸的含量测定 被引量:15

摘要 目的 为白刺果实开发利用提供科学依据。方法 利用索氏提取法提取新疆两种野生白刺果和白刺籽油 ,并计算其含量。采用气质联用的方法对新疆两种白刺果油中脂肪酸进行分析测定。结果 经测得唐古特白刺果和籽中脂肪的含量为 3.4 7%、6 .84 % ,其脂肪酸中 9-十八碳烯酸和十五烷酸的含量为 80 .0 4 %、15 .4 8% ;西伯利亚白刺果和籽中脂肪的含量为 5 .4 6 %、9.89% ,其脂肪酸中 9-十八碳烯酸和十五烷酸的含量为 73.10 %、2 2 .2 3%。 Objective It supplies a scientific basis for development of the plant Nitraria fruit resource. Methods The oil of fruits and seeds of Nitraria sibirica Pall. and N. tanggutorum Bobr. were extracted by means of soxhlet and their content were calculated. The fatty acid from the fruits of Nitraria were analyzed and determined by GC MS. Results The fat's content in the fruits and seeds of Nitraria.tanggutorum Bobr.is 3.47% and 6.84%,the content of 9 octadecenic acid and pentadecylic acid is 80.04% and 15.48% respectively .The fat's content in the fruits and seeds of Nitraria sibirica Pall. is 5.46% and 9.89%,the content of 9 octadecenic acid and pentadecylic acid is 73.10% and 22.23% .Conclusion Nitraria sibirica Pall. and N. tanggutorum Bobr. is valuable for clinical usage.
