大剂量甲氨喋呤联合化疗治疗非霍杰金淋巴瘤疗效分析

Therapeutic effects of high does MTX combined with other anticancer drugs for the treatment of non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma

目的 比较初治和复发难治组非霍杰金淋巴瘤患者对大剂量甲氨喋呤 (HD MTX)联合化疗的疗效。方法 两组患者均用常规的CTOP、CMOP、MOEP、COBDD等方案 ,再联合 3次HD MTX治疗。结果 初治组有效率 (CR +PR)达 89.5 % ,复治组为 6 5 % ,两组有显著差异 ,(P <0 .0 1 )。结论 HD MTX联合化疗可提高NHL治疗疗效 ,改善患者预后 ;

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of high does MTX (HD MTX)combined with other anticancer drugs on the initial treatment group and the refractory of resistant relapse group of non Hodgkin′s lymphoma(NHL). Methods Two groups of patients used routine chemotherapy( CTOP, MOEP,MOEP,COBDD)were then injected HD MTX in vein for three times. Results Utility rates (CR+PR)of initial treatment group and reprimand treatment group were 89.5% and 65% respectively,utility rates of two groups were different significantly ( P < 0.01) .Conclusion Therapeutic effects of NHL were increased by HD MTX combined with other anticancer drugs, especially for the patients with refractory of resistant relapse NHL.
