摘要
目的 建立一种控制白芷药材质量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法 ,甲醇 -水 (70∶30 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 欧前胡素在 0 .974~ 3.896 μg范围内线性关系良好 ;异欧前胡素在 0 .36 0~ 2 .6 4 0 μg范围内线性关系良好。精密度及加样回收率良好。结论 该方法准确、迅速、重复性好 。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix Angelicae dahuricae.METHODS The method was chromatographed on petruim C 18 column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) and the mobile phase was methanol-water (70∶30).Imperatorin and isoimperatorin were detected at 254 nm.RESULTS The standard curve was linear within the concentration range of 0.974-3.869 mg imperatorin and 0.360-2.640 mg isoimperatorin,respectively.The precision was 2.85%( n =5).The recovery was 99.59% imperatorin and 98.14% isoimperatorin,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is rapid,reproducible and accurate.It could be used for quality control for Angelila dehurica as a commodity.
