摘要
以不同生根剂、扦插基质进行刺五加绿枝扦插生根试验。结果表明:用吲哚丁酸1000mg/kg、萘乙酸1500mg/kg浸泡1.5min,生根率分别达到44.3％和35.0％;细河沙和细炉灰均适宜做扦插基质。
In the experiment we used different concentrations of plant hormone and substratum to conduct the green branch cuttage of Acanthopanax Senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim. ) Harms. The results showed that the green branchs of A-canthopanax Senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim. )Harms were immersed in 1.0g/L IBA and 1.5g/L NAA for 1.5minutes,the rooting rate could amount to 44.3 % and 35.0%, respectively; the fine river sands and fine cinders were both suitable substratum for the green branch cuttage. of Acanthopanax Senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim. )Harms.
