摘要
对天麻进行干旱胁迫处理,测定天麻总氨基酸含量和天麻素含量,结果表明:干旱胁迫降低天麻茎的水势、天麻总氨基酸含量和天麻素含量;杂种天麻能显著减轻干旱胁迫的负影响并提高天麻总氨基酸和天麻素含量。
Effects of drought stress on the total content of amino acid and the content of gastrodin were measured. Experimental results showed that drought stress decreased the water potencial of stalk and the total content of amino acid and the content of gastrodin. Those negative effects might be compensated by hybrid of Gastrodia elata Bl. in some extent. The hybrid of Gastrodia Bl. elata obviously increased the total content of amino acid and the content of gastrodin.
