摘要 介绍HPLC测定冬虫夏草菌粉中腺苷含量的分析方法。确定苷在在HPLC上的线性关系和最低检出限等。该方法灵敏度高、选择性好,样品前处理方法简单快速,回收率符合试验要求,结果令人满意。 Determination method of adenosine in cordyceps sinensis by HPLC was mainly described in the article. The method was high sensitive and selectivity,pretreatment method was simple and quick,average recovery accorded with the requirement of exeperiment,and the result was satisfactory.
