东北细辛适宜加工方法的研究

A Study on Suitable Processing Methods of Asarum heterotropoides

对东北细辛不洗阴干(对照)、不洗冻干和水洗阴干3种加工方法干品的外观、总挥发油、折干率进行比较。结果表明:水洗阴干总挥发油舍量为2.66％,比对照2.50％高0.16％;不洗冻干为2.02％,比对照低0.48％。水洗阴干折干率为29.93％,比对照36.17％低6.24％;不洗冻干折干率为37.24％,比对照高1.07％。不洗冻干折干率虽比对照高,但总挥发油含量低,无应用价值;水洗阴干折干率虽比对照低,但产品卫生、杂质少,总挥发油含量高,有应用开发前景。

The Asarum heterotropoides being used as test materials the appearance, the content of total volatile oil and the drying rate of the dried product were compared for three kinds of processing methods, i. e. no washing and no sunshine drying (the control),no washing but freeze-drying and washing and no sunshine drying. The result showed that the content of total volatile oil was 2.66%and 0.16%higher than that of the control (2.50% ) for the washing and no sunshine drying and 2.02% and 0.48% lower than that of the control for the no washing but freeze-drying. The drying rate was 29.93%and 6.24% lower than that of the control (36.17% )for the washing and no sunshine drying and 37.24% and 1.07 higher than that of the control for the no washing but freeze-drying. Although the drying rate of the no washing but freeze-drying is higher than that of the control, the content of total volatile oil is low .without applied value. Although the drying rate of washing and no sunshine drying is lower than that of the control,its products are hygienic and have less impurity and higher content of total volatile oil, with wide developing prospects.
