摘要
用创伤膏治疗110例周身不同程度感染伤口,均获痊愈,并恢复了肢体功能。其中29例表浅感染伤口,创面平均面积16.5cm^2,用创伤膏换药治愈时间平均为19.5天,27例深部感染,创面平均面积28.9cm^2,治愈时间平均为30天;15例指(趾)化脓感染者,治愈时间平均为14.4天;31例指(趾)端坏死者,治愈时间平均为24天;8例慢性骨髓炎,创面平均为7.9cm^2,治愈时间平均为43天。本药膏具有祛风胜湿、活血止痛、消肿排脓袪腐、解毒生肌收口之功效。
Of 110 cases of chronic infection, 29 cases had superficial wound, 27 cases had deep infection, 15 cases had finger or toe suppuration, 31 cases had finger of toe necrosis, 8 casese of chronic osteomyelitis. Traumato-extract were used for dressing or application. All patients were cured and the mean cure time is 43 days. The effective mechanism of the extract is dispelling wind and humidity, invigorating blood circulation and analgesia, removing rotten and pus and relieving pyogenic inflammation and promoting new-muscle.
