社区老年人健康相关行为与慢性病现况研究

Prevalence study of health related behavior and chronic disease situation of aged population in community

目的 了解社区老年人的健康和健康相关行为的基本情况 ,以便针对性开展健康教育和进行老年人的健康行为干预 ,促进老年人的身心健康。方法 采用自编社区老年人健康调查问卷 ,由培训合格的调查员采取随机抽样方法入户调查。调查内容主要包括老年人的一般状况、健康相关行为以及慢性病患病情况等。结果 调查发现 ,吸烟、缺乏运动、超体重等在老年人群中存在 ,慢性病中高血压患病率为 3 3 .9% ,心脑血管疾病、慢性支气管炎等患病也比较高。结论 应加强老年人的社区卫生服务工作 ,特别是应系统地、针对性地开展老年人群的健康教育 ,提高卫生知识的知晓率 ,通过行为干预纠正老年人的不良生活习惯 ,促进慢性病的综合防治工作 ,提高老年人的健康水平和生活质量。

Objective To explore the situation of health related behavior and chronic diseases of age population in Jining community ,to develop the health education and promote the health level of aged people. Method Self-designed questionnaire is adopted by the trained investigators in a randomized family survey which 177 aged people engaged. Result Many bad habits exist to some extent in age people and the Hypertension prevalence rate is 33.9 percent , and the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases is relatively higher. Conclusion The community health service on aged people should be reinforced ,especially to hold the pertinence health education and adjust the health related behavior.
