摘要
目的 探讨脑血管疾病患者医院感染的发病特点及相关因素。方法 回顾性分析 2 79例脑血管疾病患者感染的情况。结果 医院感染发病率为 1 8.2 8% ,其中蛛网膜下腔出血患者感染率最高 ,为 35 .2 9% ;短暂性脑缺血患者感染率最低 ,为 4 .1 7%。结论 病危、合并多种疾病、住院时间长。
Objective To discuss the characteristics and correlation factors of nosocomial infections in patients with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Nosocomial infections (NI) occurred among 279 patients with cerebrovascluar diseases were analysed. Results The NI rate in patients with cerebrovascluar disease was 18.28% , the infection rate of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral ischemia was 35.29% and 4.17% respectively. Conclusions The risk factors for NI are critical ill、complications、prolonged hospitalization and oxygen inhalation.
