摘要
应用造血抑制小鼠对我院治疗再生障碍性贫血的有效方剂补肾阴方、补肾阳方进行了治疗和预防性实验研究,通过观察造血抑制小鼠血象、骨髓象的变化及琼脂半固体培养法培养粒—单系祖细胞的生长情况发现:复方补益中药能够保护骨髓,促进造血干细胞恢复,改善血象、骨髓象。
Self-made prescriptions for tonifying kidney yin and kidney yang were given to mice with hemopoiesis inhibition, The results of observation of blood picture, bone marrow picture and development of mono-system ancestral cell present that the prescription can protect bone marrow, promot production of stem cell.
