摘要
郑蕙芳主任医师用调补肝肾法,自拟调肝汤治疗崩漏,疗效显著。强调用药注意:①药味阴阳厚薄相互引用;②通补兼用;③固冲任加收涩之品;④养于肾,温凉辨明;⑤青春期重补肾,生育期重调血、化瘀、柔肝,更年期益健脾护中气。
Chief physician Zhen Huifang has achieved excellent result on treating uterine bleeding by using the method of adjusting and reinforcing liver and kidney, and the decoction to regulate liver's function with the other drugs. Five essential factors are adapted: 1. Thickness-thinness and Yin-yang of medicine taste influence each other. 2. Both purgating and reinforcing are used. 3. Astringents for chong-ren stability was selected. 4. Nourishing kidney, the cold or warm medicine was used properly. Tonifying kidney in puberty, regulating blood and dissolving stasis, nourishing the liver in fertility, tonifying spleen and middle qi in climacteric.
