摘要
用正交设计法研究真武汤对在体犬及家兔实验性心力衰竭的作用,结果表明,真武汤原方组合是最佳配伍,能显著提高心衰犬和家兔的心肌收缩力,改善缺血心肌的血氧供应,促进血液循环,而对心肌耗氧量和传导系统无明显影响。方中配伍赤芍优于白芍,生姜似有触媒样作用,能增强附子的强心效力,又可相对减低附子的毒副作用。
By orthogonal design, Zhenwu decoction are studied on the dogs and rabbits with experimental cardiac failure. The results show that the compatibility of the prescription with the original ingredients is most effective. The decoction can strengthen the contraction of cardiac muscle, improve the blood oxygen supply of the ischemic cardiac muscle, and promote the circulation of blood. But no effects can be abtained on the myocardial consumed oxygen and cardioelectric conduction. Red peony root is more effective than the white one. Fresh ginger can increase the cardiocinetic effection of aconite root as a synergist, and decrease the toxic and side effects of it relatively.
