附子汤对心血管药理的作用研究

实验观察经方附子汤对心血管系统6项指标的影响,结果证明,附子汤原方具有明显对抗心肌缺血、缺氧的能力,并能显著增加心肌营养血流量;降低红细胞膜的脂区微粘度;提高心肌细胞内环核苷酸的水平,其提高cAMP的作用大于对cGMP的作用,但cAMP/cGMP的值没有明显改变,该方还通过降低血栓素B_2的水平使6—酮—前列腺素F_1α/血栓素B_2的值明显升高,反映了抑制血小板聚集的作用。方中5味药在不同的方面发挥各自的作用,使原方配伍注意阴、阳、气、血的全面调整。全方的各项作用均大于拆方。参、附相伍作用突出,芍药配伍效应最强。

We have observed the influences of the docoction on six targets of cardiovascular system. The results show that the decoction has obvious counteraction to myocardial ischemia and anoxia, and increasing myocardial nutritional blood flow. It can raise membrane fluidity of red blood cell, and the contents of circle-nulectides in the myocardial cell. The effect of adding cAMP/cGMP are not changed obviously. The fact of the recipe can raise the number of 6-keto-PCFla/TXB2 by decreasing the level of TXB_2 indicatates that it has counteraction on thrombosis. Five drugs of the prescription play their roles in varions aspect. The combination of acouite root and ginsong, which are the main parts of the prescription, has remarkable effects. And the key drug in combination of the prescription is white penoy roots.
