摘要
目的 探讨超声引导经皮经肝穿刺胆管引流 (UPTCD)的临床应用价值。方法 应用ATL30 0 0型彩色超声诊断仪引导下对 30例梗阻性黄疽作经皮经肝胆管置管引流。结果 超声引导经皮经肝穿刺胆管内置管引流 ,一次成功率达 83.3% ,二次成功率达 96 .7% ,三次成功率达 10 0 %。结论 超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺胆管内置管引流是一种微创、准确、安全、有效、简便的治疗梗阻性黄疽的方法 ;超声应成为PTDC术的首选引导方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of theUS-guide UPTCD. Methods UPTCD were operated in 30 patients obstructive jaundice.Results The successive rates of single puncture are 83.3 %,two-times puncture 96.7%,three-times puncture 100% respectly.Conclusion UPTCD is a method of microhurt,accurative,safe,effective and simple to treat obstructive jaundice;Ultrosound-guided should be the first choice of PTCD operation.
