CD_4^+T细胞细胞因子测定及在SLE治疗中的意义

Determination of CD_4^+T cell cytokine and It's therapeutical significance in SLE treatment

目的 研究外周血CD4+ T细胞细胞因子测定对SLE患者治疗及疗效监测的意义。方法 37例SLE患者和15例对照组应用流式细胞仪测定外周血IFN γ、IL 2和IL 4在CD4+ T细胞内的分泌。结果 活动期SLE患者IFN γ和IL 2在CD4+ T细胞的表达率较正常对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,IL 4在CD4+ T细胞的表达率与对照组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。静止期SLE患者IFN γ、IL 2和IL 4在CD4+ T细胞的表达率与对照组比较无明显改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。IFN γ和IL 2降低的SLE患者发病年龄小 ,病情较重。结论 CD4+ T细胞细胞因子的测定可用于指导SLE患者的治疗及疗效监测。

Objective To study therapeutical and curative effect in SLE treatment by determination of peripheral blood CD 4 +T cell cytokine.Methods Determination of IFN-γ、IL-2 and IL-4 in 37 cases with SLE and 15 cases controls by flow cytometry.Results The expression rate of IFN-γand IL-2 in CD 4 +T cell were significantly lower (P<0.01) and the expression rate of IL-4 in CD 4 +T cell were no difference (P>0.05) compared with control in active stage of SLE. There were no difference of expression rate of IFN-γ,IL-2 and IL-4 in CD 4 +T cell compared with control in rest state of SLE. SLE with lower IFN-γand IL-2 were associated with serious disease and younger age.Conclusion Determination of CD 4 +T cell cytokine were suitable for monitoring treatment and curative effect of SLE.
