抑制素在早期诊断卵巢早衰中的意义

The significance of serum inhibin concentration on diagnosis of premature ovarian failure

目的 探讨抑制素在早期诊断卵巢早衰 (POF)中的价值。方法 用酶联免疫吸附试验检测POF围绝经组17例、POF绝经组 2 1例及月经正常的对照组 2 0例血清中Inh A、Inh B、FSH和E2激素水平。结果 血清中Inh A和Inh B水平以月经正常组中最高 ,在POF围绝经组中明显下降 ,P <0 .0 5。POF绝经组中最低。FSH在月经正常组中浓度最低 ,POF围绝经组中FSH较月经正常组增高 ,而POF绝经组最高 ,三组之间均差异显著 ,P <0 .0 1。E2水平在月经正常组和POF围绝经组中相似 ,在POF绝经组中明显降低。结论 血清Inh水平下降是反映卵巢功能衰退的较敏感指标。

Objective To investigate the significance of serum inhibin concentration on diagnosis of POF.Methods Serum Inh-A、Inh-B、FSH and E2 concentrations in 17 perimenopause of POF, 21 menopause of POF and 20 healthy women without POF were measured by ELISA.Results The Inh-A and Inh-B concentrations of healthy women without POF were highest, and in perimenopause of POF were significantly lower, P<0.05, in menopause of POF were lowest. The FSH concentrations of healthy women without POF were lowest, those in perimenopause of POF were higher than healthy women without POF, and those in menopause of POF were highest. The E concentrations of healthy women without POF and perimenopause of POF were similar, and those in menopause of POF were significantly lower.Conclusion The decrease of serum inhibin concentration is a sensitive marker of decreased ovarian reserve.
