舍格林综合征唇腺组织中CD_(45)的表达及意义

Expression of CD_(45) in salivary glands of Sjgren's Syndrome patients

目的 :研究舍格林综合征 (Sj gren’sSyndrome ,简称SS)患者唇腺组织中过度浸润的淋巴细胞上的白细胞共同分化抗原 (Leukocytecommonantigen -4 5 ,CD4 5)的表达 ,以探讨淋巴细胞在其免疫反应中的作用。方法 :通过HE染色观察淋巴细胞的浸润特点 ,采用免疫组织化学法检测CD4 5R、CD4 5RO在淋巴细胞上的表达。结果 :唇腺组织过度浸润的淋巴细胞中CD4 5RO阳性表达的T细胞占 6 5 .74%,CD4 5R阳性表达的B细胞占 2 7.38%.结论 :在SS病变中是以细胞免疫为主、体液免疫为辅的免疫反应。

Objective:To investigate the relationship of over-infiltration of lymphocytes to CD 45R?CD 45RO in labial glands of Sjogren's Synfrome(SS).Method:We observed the infiltration of lymphocytes with HE stain and the expression of CD 45R?CD 45RO with immunohistochemistry.Result:The positive rate of CD 45RO in T cell was 65.74%?The positive rate of CD 45R in B cell was 27.38%. Conclusion:Cell-mediated immunity was more immportant than Antibody-mediated immunity in autoimmunoreaction of SS.
