摘要
前哨淋巴结活检是评估恶性肿瘤区域淋巴结状况的一种方法 ,其敏感性及特异性高 ,近年来 ,已用于头颈部恶性肿瘤的区域淋巴结转移的评估及指导颈淋巴清扫术的进行 ,本文对此作一综述。
