新型天然抗肿瘤药物埃坡霉素研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 目的 介绍具有类似紫杉醇微管蛋白聚合和抑制微管解聚活性的埃坡霉素 (epothilones)类抗肿瘤新药的研究进展。 方法 以近年来国外发表的论文为基础 ,简要论述埃坡霉素的发现、作用机制、化学与生物合成和临床试验的最新成果。结果与结论 与紫杉醇相比 ,埃坡霉素具有抗肿瘤活性更强、水溶性好、结构简单而易于化学合成和结构衍生化、对具有耐药性肿瘤细胞杀伤性强、无紫杉醇细胞内毒素活性不良反应等优点 ,有望发展成为比紫杉醇更有效的抗肿瘤药物。
