24例阴道肿瘤的B超诊断

Ultrasound B Diagnostics of Vagina Tumor

目的 通过对 2 4例阴道肿瘤患者的B超声像图分析 ,总结B超诊断阴道肿瘤的方法。 方法 收集 2 4例 1995～ 2 0 0 2年 ,我院门诊及住院患者的病史资料及声像图 ,结合病理结果分析声像图特征 ,并与病理加以对照。 结果 2 4例患者声像图表现为囊性、实质性、囊实性肿瘤。 结论 通过对声像图的分析 ,探讨了B超诊断阴道肿瘤的可行性、声像图特征及该方法的局限性。

Objective Through analyzing the ultrasound B of 24 patients with vagina tumor, summarize the methods of the ultrasound B diagnositcs of vagina tumour.Methods After collecting 24 patients' information from 1995 to 2002 in Subei Hospital,the images of ultrasound B was analysed and compared to the results of operations and pathology.Results The ultrasound B could reveal the vagina tumour clearly as sacciform,parenchymatous and minctocystis.Conclusion Through the ultrasoumd B image ,we discussed the possibility traits and limitations of the method of utrasound B diagnostics of vagina tumour.
