卡托普利和倍他乐克治疗慢性心衰观察

Clinical Observation on Efficacy of Captopril and Betaloc for Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的 联用卡托普利及倍他乐克治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)观察疗效。 方法 4 0例CHF患者分为二组 ,对照组 2 0例 ,单纯给予利尿及洋地黄类药物治疗 ;观察组 2 0例 ,在原对照组治疗基础上加用卡托普利及倍他乐克。疗程均为 2周。 结果 观察组与对照组有效率分别为 95 %与 6 5 % (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 在用利尿剂及洋地黄基础上 。

Objective To observe the effect of captopril and betaloc on chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 40 cases with CHF were divided into two groups.20 patients of control group received routine treatment(Digitalis and Diuretics),20 patients of observation group were given captopril and betaloc beside routine treatment.Results The rate of efficacy in the control group was 65% and that of the observation group was 95%(P<0.05).Conclusion captopril and betaloc beside routine treatment is better method in treating patient with CHF.
