摘要 目的 研究铁皮石斛中微量元素的分析方法。方法 样品在 (80± 2 )℃烘干 4h ,研磨过 2 0 0目筛 ,然后加入 0 .15 %琼脂悬浮液 5mL ,用超声搅拌混匀后直接上机测定。结果 测定结果与传统湿法一致 ,t检验表明两者无显著性差异 ,相对误差小于 0 .96 %。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确。 OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of trace elements in Dendrobium candidum Wall ex Lindl. METHODS: Samples were powdered and sieved after heated at (80 ± 2) °C for 4 hours. 5 mL 0.15% agar solution was added and mixed thoroughly with the samples by a ultrasonic agitation. Then the prepared suspension was directly analyzed by means of FAAS. RESULTS: The determination results of this method were consistent with those obtained by wet processed method, and the relative deviation of the two methods was less than 0.96%. There was no difference between the two methods. CONCLUSION: The present method is convenient, rapid and accurate.
