印楝提取物对云斑天牛成虫选择取食的影响

Effects of Neem Extracts on Feeding of Batocera horsfieldi

分别用10μg/mL和50μg/mL印楝提取物处理过的野蔷薇枝条喂养云斑天牛成虫,结果表明,云斑天牛雌、雄成虫对用10μg/mL印楝提取物处理过的野蔷薇枝条均没有表现出拒食性,而对50μg/mL印楝提取物处理过的野蔷薇枝条则表现出显著的拒食反应。

Batocera horsfieldi feeding on Rosa multiflora Thunb.treated with extracts containing 10 μg/mL and 50 μg/mL of azadiractin were studied respectively.The results showed that 10 μg/mL treated group had no antifeedant effect on the beetle(both male and female beetles),however,the 50 μg/mL treated group had significient antifeedant influences on this beetle.This will benefit ecologic pest management.
