摘要
江苏杨树产业经过20多年的发展已初具雏形,为苏北地区带来了巨大的综合效益,但也存在着许多问题。为了解江苏杨树产业的可持续发展水平,笔者从经济效益、社会效益和生态效益三方面综合考虑,构建了反映江苏杨树产业可持续发展状况的评价指标体系,并以此对江苏杨树产业的可持续发展水平进行了评价,结果表明江苏杨树产业正处于由传统发展向可持续发展过渡的阶段。
In past 2 decades,the poplar property has been getting rapid development and brought great comprehensive benefit for local farmers in the north area of Jiangsu province,but,it is at the meanwhile confronted with many problems which need to be solved.In order to find out the sustainable development degree of poplar property in Jiangsu,the paper establishes sustainable development indicators on the basis of taking the economic,social and environmental system into account,and makes the quantitative evaluation of the state of sustainable development of Jiangsu's poplar industry.The final evaluation outcome shows that it is at a transitive stage from traditional development to sustainable development.
