低位直肠癌吻合口漏发生的相关因素

Related factors for anastomotic leakage in low rectal carcinoma

目的探讨低位直肠癌术后吻合口漏发生的相关因素。方法对我院近10年来收治的175例低位直肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果175例低位直肠癌共发生吻合口漏20例,发生率为11.4%。男性组、老年组、营养不良组以及吻合口距肛门距离小于5cm组吻合口漏的发生率均明显大于相应对照组(P<0.05)。结论低位直肠癌术后吻合口漏是多因素作用的结果,性别、年龄、营养状况以及吻合口距肛门距离都是重要因素。

Objective To explore the related factors for anastomotic leakage after resection of low rectal carcinoma. Methods One hundred and seventy- five patients with anterior resection of low rectal carcinoma between 1993 and 2002 were enrolled into the study. The outcomes of the patients with or without anastomotic leakage were analyzed. Results Twenty (11.4% ) patients developed anastomotic leakage. The incidence rate of anastomotic leakage in the male, the old age,the malnutrition patients and the distance from anal verge to anastomosis less than 5cm was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Anastomotic leakage after resection of low rectal carcinoma was related to multiple factors. Gender, age, nutritional status and distance between anastomosis and anal verge are important factors for anastomotic leakage. [
