摘要
合成了尚未见文献报道的铁(Ⅱ)-酪氨酸模拟超氧化物歧化酶。用差动热分析仪(DTA),监测模拟物生成;分析了热稳定性。通过元素分析、红外光谱初步对配合物组成和结构进行了表征,确定了金属离子与氨基酸发生了配位反应;利用改进核黄素光还原氯化硝基四氮唑兰(NBT)法测定了模拟物催化歧化超氧阴离子自由基(O·-2)反应的活性。研究表明:合成配合物结构稳定,水溶液中具有一定的SOD样活性。
The new complex of Fe(Ⅱ) with Tyrosine has been synthesized. The composition and structure have been characterized by elemental analysis, DTA, IR. spectra. The SOD like activity of analogue of SOD has measured by the method based reduction of nitro blue terrazolium (NBT) by lactoflavin . The result showed the analogue of SOD has better SOD like activity.
