黄酮是一类多羟基、多苯环的大分子有机化合物,具有多种生物活性功能,其中抗氧化作用尤为显著。近年来,葛根中黄酮化合物的提取以及应用超微弱发光技术研究抗氧化成为人们关注的焦点之一。

Flavonolds are a group compounds with polyhydroxyl and polyphenyl ring. It is very important role in many physical functions, those are considerate as a natural antioxidant in order to get rid of oxygen free radicals. It is introduced that the extraction of flavone from Puerared and the research of antioxidant with chemiluminescence.
