摘要 目的 :研究莱菔子行气消食的作用机制。方法 :观察莱菔子促进胃肠运动的活性部位对小鼠排空液体和固体、对阿托品和多巴胺所造成的小鼠胃肠运动抑制以及大鼠血浆胃动素 (MTL )水平的影响 ,并与西沙比利对照。结果 :莱菔子促进胃肠运动的活性部位能增加大鼠血浆 MTL的含量 ,但可被阿托品所拮抗。与阳性对照药西沙比利比较差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :莱菔子行气消食的作用机制可能与促进 MTL的分泌和作用于 M受体有关。 Objective:To study the functional mechanism of Semen Raphani which moves qi and removes food retention.Methods:Cisapride was assigned as the positive control group. The effect of the drug on emptying liquid and solid of mice, inhibited gastrointestinal movement induced by Atropine and Dopamine, and the level of MTL in blood was observed.Results:N-hexane part could improve the gastrointestinal movement more than any others. But the effect could be prevented by Atropine. N-hexane part could increase the level of MTL in blood, which was similar to Cisapride (P>0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of Semen Raphani may be related to increasing the secretion of MTL and affecting the M-receptor.
