在翼状胬肉手术中丝裂霉素C的应用研究

The clinical research of Mitomycin C in the operation of pterygium

目的 :探讨 0 .5mg ml丝裂霉素C (MMC)预防术后翼状胬肉复发中的作用及安全性。方法 :翼状胬肉 30例、37眼术中应用 0 .5mg mlMMC为治疗组 ,以不用MMC的 30例、38眼为对照组。结果 :随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,平均 16 .5个月 ,治疗组治愈 2 9例、36眼 ,复发 1例、1眼 ,复发率为 3.3% ,治愈率为 96 .7% ;对照组治愈 2 2例、30眼 ,复发 8例、8眼 ,复发率为 2 6 .6 7% ,治愈率为 73.33%。两组术后复发率差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在翼状胬肉手术中应用 0 .5mg ml的MMC与传统的治疗方法相比明显降低了术后复发率 。

Objective: To explore the effect of 0.5mg/ml Mitomycin C(MMC) in preventing the recurrence of pterygium after the operation.Method:30 cases (37 eyes) were used 0.5mg/ml MMC one time in operation and the other 30 cases (38 eyes) without MMC in the operation were as control.Results: By followed up of 6-24 months (average 16 months) , 29 cases of 36 eyes were cured ,the cure rate was 96.67%; 1 case of 1 eye recurred, the recurrence rate was 3.33%in treatment group.In contrast group 22 cases of 30 eyes were cured, it′s rate was 73.33%; 8 cases of 8 eyes were relapsed , the ratio was 26.67%. There were significant differences of the recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using 0.05 mg/ml of MMC in the operation can rise the fully recovery rates of pterygium and decrease it′s recurring rates , besides, it can avoid to damage the cornea and other normal organizes of eyes .
