摘要
目的 为了解河南省E .coliO15 7∶H7感染性腹泻的分布特征、临床特点以及在家畜、家禽中的带菌状况和食物污染程度。方法 采用O15 7特异性筛查方法进行病原体分离培养 ,应用分子生物学、微生物学、生物化学技术进行病人、家畜、家禽的病原菌分离、培养、毒素因子测定。结果 2 0 0 0 - 2 0 0 2年从 384 0份标本中检出E coliO15 7∶H72 2 0株 ,其中 77株具有毒素基因 ;显示有 5个毒素因子组合型。结论 病例有明显的时间、职业分布 ,发病以 6 0岁以上年龄组为主。最佳采样时间应在感染后 5天内。E coliO15

Objective To seek for the distribution and clinical characteristics of infectious diarrhea of E coli O 157 ∶H 7 as well as its carrying status in livestock and poultry, and its pollution situation in food Methods The pathogen was isolated and cultured with the specific screening methods of O 157 and the samples of patients, livestock and poultry were isolated, cultured and determined on violent factors with molecular biology, microbiology and biochemistry technologies Results 220 strains of E coli O 157 ∶H 7 were isolated from 3 840 samples and 77 strains of them had violent factors which was divided into 5 types Conclusion The cases showed characteristic distribution on profession and time obviously Most cases were above 60 years old and the best time of sample collection should be within 5 days after infection The infectious diarrhea of E coli O 157 ∶H 7 presented direct relation with the carrying status of E.coli O 157 ∶H 7 in livestock and poultry
