精神分裂症发病相关因素分析

A Relavant Study on Onset of Schizophrenic

目的 :探讨精神分裂症发病 (首发和复发 )的若干社会因素及家庭情况对疾病的影响。方法 :对精神分裂症首发患者和复发患者各 2 0 0例 ,运用“社会相关因素调查表”及“生活事件量表”分析其发病因素。结果 :精神分裂症的发病与文化程度、职业、婚姻、性格内向、药物依从性差及有心理社会因素相关 ,家庭成员文化程度低对疾病干预差有关。结论 :精神分裂症发病与多种社会因素相关 ,但首发与复发的主要原因不同。家庭干预首先应提高家庭成员对疾病的认识水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of family environment and social factors on schizophrenic patients.Methods:200 cases of first episode schizophrenic and 200 cases of relapse schizophrenic were assessed with LES (life event scale) and SSRF (scale for social-relavant factors).Ressults:Schizophrenic patients are affected by educational level,occupation,marriage,introver sive pesonality character,poor compliance of drug and psychosocial factors.Conclusion: Various social factors have some effect on schizophrenic patients,but there is some difference in the leading pathogenic factors between first episode schizophrenia and relapse one.It is important that members of the family should acquire more knowledge of schizophrenic practice family intervention.
