摘要 目的 检查了解SHR、SHRsp、WKy三品系大鼠血液生化的参数。方法 每个品系分别取年轻大鼠(12周龄 )、年老大鼠 (2 2~ 2 8周龄 )各 14只 ,心脏取血 ,用自动生化分析仪检验血生化及电解质等指标。结果 年老SHR、SHRsp、WKy大鼠血肌酐平均水平较年轻大鼠分别高 8 5 %、9 2 %和 14 2 % (P =0 0 7;P =0 0 7;P =0 0 4 ) ,但血钙、血磷较低。同龄SHR、SHRsp血磷平均水平均较同龄WKy低 2 5 0 % (P =0 12~P <0 0 0 1)。同龄SHR、SHRsp的肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶 (CK MB)及乳酸脱氢酶同工酶 (LDH 1)较WKy升高 1~ 2倍 (P =0 15~P <0 0 0 1)。结论 SHR、SHRsp及Wky三种品系大鼠的血液生化参数多为相似 ,但也有一些差别。 Objective To investigate the biochemistry parameters of blood in SHR,SHRsp and WKy. Methods 14 blood samples of younger(12 weeks old) and older(22-28 weeks old)each in SHR,SHRsp and WKy were measured by auto-biochemistry analysis(SYNCHRON CX9 Clinical system ALX).Results The blood creatinine level was higher in older SHR, SHRsp and WKy than WKy in younger SHR,SHRsp and WKy. The levels of blood calcium and phosphorus were lower in older SHR,SHRsp and WKy than in their younger. The blood phosphorus level was lower in SHR, SHRsp than in WKy in same age. The levels of blood CKMB and LDH-1 were higher in SHR and SHRsp than in WKy. Conclusion Most,except some,of the biochemistry parameters in the blood of SHR, SHRsp and WKy are similar.
