市级公共图书馆的存在问题及其对策

Study on the Problems and Strategies of the Municipal Public Library

当前市级公共图书馆存在的问题是 :事业经费严重不足 ,馆舍破旧、面积偏小、结构不合理 ,读者利用图书馆人次减少 ,人才队伍建设亟需加强 ,缺少以地方文献为依托的特色服务等。作者对此进行了剖析 。

Currently,the problems of the municipal public library are insufficient funds,small and old buildings with the illogical structure,the decreasing number of readers,the construction of talent's team needs to be strengthened badly,the lack of special service based on the local document,etc.The author analyses these problems and puts forward the strategies.
