摘要
目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达与人脑胶质瘤发生发展的关系 ,为肿瘤的抗血管治疗提供理论依据。方法 采用免疫组化的方法检测 6 4例人脑胶质瘤和 6例正常脑组织中VEGF的表达。结果 VEGF蛋白主要分布在Ⅲ ,Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织的瘤细胞和血管内皮细胞 ,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级胶质瘤呈低水平表达 ,正常脑组织不表达。VEGF在人脑胶质细胞瘤IV级中的阳性表达率为 80 .95 %。结论 VEGF可能通过参与诱发胶质瘤血管的生成 ,对胶质瘤的演进过程起促进作用。
Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growt h factor(VEGF) protein and its relationship with progression of human brain glio ma and supply theoretical base for glioma antiangiogenesis. Methods VEGF protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in the 64 cases glioma and 6 cases normal brain tissues. Results VEGF was mainly located in tumor cells and vascular endothe lial cells of Ⅲ-Ⅳ gliomas while it was only weakly expressed in the Ⅰ-Ⅱ gl iomas and was not detected in the normal human brain while the possitive rate of VEGF protein expression was 80.95% in the Ⅳ grade glioma. Conclusion VEGF may contribute to the progression of human glioma b y playing an important role in leading to angiogenesis.
