通心络对陈旧性心肌梗塞再发心绞痛疗效分析

Effects of Tongxinluo capsule on patients with post -infarction angina pectoris

目的 探讨中药通心络对陈旧性心肌梗塞再发心绞痛患者的治疗效果。方法 将 6 0例陈旧性心肌梗塞再发心绞痛患者随机分为通心络组 (通心络加常规治疗 )和对照组 (常规治疗 ) ,观察治疗前后心功能、平均硝酸甘油用量和急性心血管事件。结果 通心络组心功 (70 .6 5 %± 8.0 1% )改善明显优于对照组 (5 0 .2 3%± 7.30 % ) ,P<0 .0 0 1;通心络明显减少硝酸甘油用量近 5 0 % ,对照组减少约 30 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 通心络对陈旧性心肌梗塞再发心绞痛效果显著 ,不仅缓解症状 ,还能改善心功能。

Objective To explore the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on patient s with post-infarction angina pectoris. Methods Sixty patients with post-infarction angina pectoris were d ivided randomly into Tongxinluo group (n=30,with conventional therapy and To ngxinluo capsule) and control group (n=30,with conventional therapy). Heart f unction,average consumption of nitroglycerin and acute cardiovascular incident w ere observed before and after treatment. Results The heart function of Tongxinluo group and of control group increased to 70.65 %±8.01% and 50.23%±7.30%,respectively (P<0.001). Th e ave rage consumption of nitroglycerin of Tongxinluo group were decreased nearly 50% and of control group were 30%,there was significantly difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The effects of Tongxinluo capsule on patients with pos t-infarction angina pectoris are remarkable. Tongxinluo capsule can not only re lieve symptom,but also improve heart function.
