摘要
介绍消化性溃疡常用药物和治疗方案,常用药物有抗生素、胶体次枸橼酸铋和抗酸分泌药,常用治疗方案包括根除幽门螺杆菌治疗、质子泵抑制剂方案;也阐述了非甾体类药物相性溃疡治疗以及溃疡复发处理。
The article summarizes some drugs an d therapy regimens for the treatment of peptic ulcer. These drugs are antibiotics,colloidal bismuth subcitrate(CBS)and agents of ac id secretory inhibition.The common regimens in-clude the therapy for eradi-c ation o f H.pylori(HP),the proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)based regimens.Thi s article alse relates to the treatment of NSAI D ulcers and ulcer recurrence.
