摘要
本文通过分析43例医疗纠纷投诉的主要特点,得出医疗质量投诉的主要原因,是因医患沟通不够造成的,找出症结后,从中查找医疗服务的薄弱环节,制定相应的防范措施,减少医患之间矛盾。
To formulate the preventive measure s to reduce medical dissension,t his paper analysed the main reasons of 43cases of medical dissen sion and eluc idated that the key of th e medical quality is deficient in com muni-cation bet ween doctor and patient.
