股骨颈立体定位支架的临床应用研究

The clinical application of 3D Posit ioning system in treating femoral neck fractures

目的:探讨自行设计的股骨颈立体定位支架在治疗股骨颈骨折内固定手术中的应用价值。方法:运用股骨颈立体定位支架对35例股骨颈骨折患者进行内固定手术,并根据其手术操作,手术效果与手术并发症等几方面与常规手术切开内固定方法进行对比分析。结果:定位法手术在操作时间,穿刺成功率,平均愈合时间及手术并发症等指标上明显优于手术切开内固定方法。结论:运用股骨颈立体定位支架进行定位法手术是一种操作简单,手术效果好且并发症少的方法,值得推广应用。

Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic effects of femora l neck fracture.Methods35cases of patients suf fering femoral neck fractures were treated with 3DPositioning systemand compare d th e surgical section,surgical effect and surgical complications between u si ng and not using this system.Results Applying the 3DPositioning systemfor trea ting will accelerate the surgical fixa tion process,minimize the surgical damag es to the tissue,improve the success rate of i nsertion of the screws into the neck,minimize the incidence rate of compl ications after the surgery and shorte n the in-hospital time.Conclusion Applying 3DPositioning systemfor t reating the femoral neck fractures is a simple,effective way with minimizing incid enc e rate of complications.
